Traditionally, our clinic has sent out postcards to notify clients of upcoming due dates for vaccines, etc.  Ten years ago, we added an email option.  Looking toward the future, we are trying to determine the most convenient & cost effective way to notify you when your pet is coming due.  We are inviting our current clients to take a moment to fill out this quick survey!
